I thought the video was very powerful. It showed the gamut of what the general population viewed as sin, as well as its consequences. I, as a follower of Christ's teachings, found most of the comments disheartening because it revealed just how uninformed people really are. There were a few people, though, that had a good handle on what sin was. One person admitted without a doubt that he was a sinner and that the wages of his sin would be death--and that's the truth
To me, sin is allowing anything in your life to be more important than God. You can't serve two masters, and when we make unhealthy alliances, then we become desensitized to what is right and wrong, and then we are no longer able to discern God's will and purpose for our life. We all fail--we all sin--but we all have the gift of forgiveness through the Blood of Jesus, and the gift of repentance which is equally important.
